If you would like to donate you can do so in person at any National Australia Bank (NAB) branch around Australia. Donations by cash and cheque will be accepted. Only NAB branches will be able to process donations for the Fund and a receipt will be issued to you by the NAB teller. View a list of NAB branch locations.

Refund Policy 

If you have made an error in making a donation to the Anzac Centenary Public Fund, we will honour your request for a refund within 30 days of you notifying us.

To request a refund, please ensure you provide your full name, a copy of your receipt, your cheque number (if applicable), date of donation and donation amount before emailing us at Anzac Centenary Public Fund with the subject title, ‘Refund Request’.

Privacy Statement 

Your privacy is important to us. We will only collect, use or disclose your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. The Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) is the Commonwealth agency that delivers government programs for war veterans, members of the Australian Defence Force, members of the Australian Federal Police and their dependants.

DVA is collecting your information for the purposes of meeting tax deductibility regulations in the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997. Personal details you provide will not be used for any other purpose.

Donors may have their names displayed on the Anzac Centenary Public Fund website which will officially recognise all donors. Donation amounts will not be displayed. If you would like your name to be listed, please email us at Anzac Centenary Public Fund and provide your full name, a copy of your donation receipt/invoice, or your cheque number (if you donated by cheque), date of donation and donation amount. Alternatively, donors making donations online will have the option of checking a box providing permission to recognise the donor’s name on the website.

We will add your name to the website as soon as possible.

DVA may disclose your information to the Australian Taxation Office and the National Australia Bank. Donors will not be able to donate to the Anzac Centenary Public Fund if this information is not provided. DVA will not, in any way, use the information you provide for marketing purposes.  

Your information will be stored by DVA and will be destroyed in accordance with the Archives Act 1983 (Cth). DVA’s Privacy Policy contains information about how you may access your personal information held by DVA and seek correction of that information. It also contains information about how you may lodge a complaint in relation to a breach of privacy by DVA and how DVA will deal with any complaint.
