The joint Australian and New Zealand Dawn Service at Gallipoli will continue to be held each year at the Anzac Commemorative Site. The commemorative sites at Gallipoli are the sovereign territory of the Turkish people and holding the annual Anzac Day commemorations is only possible with the cooperation and generous assistance of the Government of the Republic of Turkey.

Anzac Day commemorations in France are conducted by the Australian Government and the local communities of Villers-Bretonneux and Bullecourt.

The following pages contain information to support your attendance at an Anzac Day overseas commemoration in Turkey and France.

Australian Embassies and High Commissions around the world conduct their own Anzac Day commemorations. For information regarding Anzac Day commemorations in a specific country, please visit the Department of Foreign Affairs website. For questions, or to attend a service, please contact the Embassy or High Commission directly.

Anzac Day Dawn Services will also be held around Australia. For more information or to conduct your own commemorative ceremony visit the DVA website.
